A vocal artist that offers a velvety, rich tone and captivating energy performed across the genres of jazz, R&B, soul, hip hop, and house. Born and raised in Chicago, her passion for music was discovered at the tender age of 2 when she sang “One Hundred Ways” (Quincy Jones & James Ingram) accompanied by her father on acoustic guitar.

She got her singing chops in the church,  where she learned the art of connecting to the hearts of an audience. She honed her craft by studying music from high school through college, and sharpened her edge by obtaining a law degree.

After years of experience as an in-house lawyer and singer, performing at venues like the Promontory, DuSable Museum, City Winery, and Millennium Park, Nikita Nichelle expanded her vocal artistry to voice over, where she delivers an authentic, engaging performance for various clients.

Nikita Nichelle debuted her first single, Warriors, in 2018 which can be found on your favorite streaming outlets, along with other released music.
